A spammer down for good?

For the first time in the US, a Virginia court issued a custodial sentence to a spammer - Jeremy Jaines: 9 years in jail.

A few interesting figures: he sent 10 million SPAMs a day over 16 broadband lines and grossed 400 to 700 000 US$ a month for a mere 50 000 US$ cost (one customer out of 30 000 SPAMs).
