Record fine for a spammer
Finally, MySpace won a major trial against spammers. Up to now,
you will say, there is nothing really new; Spammers get repeated
blows from the Judge these days. But there is something worth mentionning
here: There is a record fine of no less than $234 millions. Even
better, this is a known bad guy: Sanford Wallace (helped by Walter
Rines) sent 700,000 messages on MySpace, but it was laredy condemned
on several similar occasions that had allowed him being christened
"Spam King".
